Coca-Cola India Bottler HCCH Likely to File IPO Papers This Week

Hindustan Coca-Cola Holdings (HCCH), the parent company of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages, is likely to file its draft red herring prospectus (DRHP) with the market regulator this week, according to sources. The company is expected to list in 2027.

The proposed IPO could be worth around $1 billion, with a significant portion likely to be an offer for sale (OFS), according to a Bloomberg report. The company is reportedly seeking a valuation of around $10 billion.

Axis Capital and IIFL Capital Services are among the investment bankers involved in the issue, while Rothschild & Co has been appointed as an adviser for the listing.

Coca-Cola's Stake Sale and Jubilant Bhartia Group's Entry

In July 2025, The Coca-Cola Company completed a transaction through which the Jubilant Bhartia Group acquired a 40% stake in HCCH. Coca-Cola retained the remaining 60% stake.

Following the transaction, Sanket Ray, President, India and Southwest Asia, and Emerging Large Markets Lead at The Coca-Cola Company, said the listing would position the bottler to pursue further growth under the leadership of the Jubilant Bhartia Group.

Jubilant Bhartia Group Chairman Shyam Bhartia and Co-Chairman Hari Bhartia also expressed confidence in the listing, saying it would help create value for shareholders.
