- As a Partner, you must comply with all SEBI and exchange-mandated guidelines and regulations. AP should also adhere to guidelines issued by Tradejini from time to time.
- Only Registered Investment Advisors/Financial Advisors can interact with clients in the capacities defined by regulatory authorities.
- Any promotional or advertising content related to Tradejini must be approved by the relevant exchange.
- All advertisements and promotional materials must adhere to the guidelines issued by the Advertising Standards Council of India (ASCI).
- You are required to annually declare to Tradejini that you are not involved in any fraudulent or unethical practices.
- Any business activities that are independent of your partnership with Tradejini must be clearly kept separate from any Tradejini affiliation.
