What are the documents required for address modification of an LLP?
To update your registered address, please follow these steps:
Fill the KYC Modification form (Non-Individuals) along with the any one out of following Proof of Address.
- Registration Certificate granted by the Registrar to the LLP under the LLP Act 2008.
- Latest Bank statement with the new address
Ensure that authorized persons already registered with Tradejini affix their seal and signature on the form.
Submit the same to Tradejini and after verification the same will be updated.
