Transmission of shares is the process of transferring shares to the legal heir(s) due to the shareholder's demise. Unlike the voluntary nature of share transfers, transmission is a legal requirement. To initiate the transmission, necessary documents must be submitted to Tradejini.

Upon successful registration of the transmission, the legal heir(s) entitled to the shares becomes the company's shareholder. They inherit all associated rights and assume all liabilities as a shareholder.​
