No, a Tradejini account cannot be opened online if the Aadhaar is not linked to a mobile number.

Linking Mobile with aadhaar is an online process and only to change mobile number you may need to visit the Aadhaar seva kendra. To find the closest Aadhaar Seva Kendra visit appointments.uidai.gov.in
