Yes, at Tradejini, you can sell pledged shares (i.e. pledged to Tradejini only) instantly without the need to place an unpledge request. Tradejini will automatically recognize and get the shares released (unpledged) for pay-in to the exchanges. However, selling may be restricted in cases where pledge release leads to margin shortage for any existing positions. 

Clients without an active DDPI / POA will be able to sell pledged shares only after unpledging and E-DIS authorisation.
