Why did CDSL deposit money to my bank account ?

Depositories (CDSL) credit money to your bank account for various reasons:

Interest on Sovereign Gold Bond (SGB):

SGBs earn a fixed yearly interest rate of 2.50%. This interest is deposited twice annually into your bank account. You'll receive an email notification from CDSL regarding this.

Dividends:

If you own CDSL stocks and if it pays dividend, then the same will be directly credited to your linked bank account.
