Why was the withdrawal request rejected?
- Your withdrawal request may be rejected if you currently have an active position utilizing the margin.
- If you have sold options then the premium credit available in the ledger will not be allowed to be withdrawn till you close the position.
- If you are holding In The Money (ITM) options close to expiry the exchange will be blocking delivery margin for the same. We will be blocking this delivery margin in the front end and as well as in payout request even though the same will not be visible in the back-office ledger.
