I never called Tradejini to place an order, why am I still charged call and trade charges?

If you are placing orders from your own logins, then you will not be charged any call and trade charges. However if any intraday positions are not squared by you and the same is auto closed by our RMS terminal then Call & Trade charges will be applicable.
