Why has the blocked amount not changed when the IPO bid was modified?
In case your IPO application Modification is not accepted the blocked amount does not change. In all other cases a fresh authorisation request will be sent to change the blocked amount as per modified bid details. In Case the fresh request is not authorised the existing application and block amount will continue to hold good.
