Can Tradejini delete client data on request?
No, client data cannot be permanently erased. In accordance with SEBI regulations, Tradejini, like all stockbrokers, is required to maintain a record of all client documents for a minimum of 8 years. This includes storing documents and logs, which are preserved for audit and review purposes.
