Why is the error “Exchanges have temporarily restricted trading in your account” displayed when placing an order?
The error ""Exchanges have temporarily restricted trading in your account"" may appear for the following reasons:
New Tradejini Account:
This message is displayed when the exchanges are yet to process the account opening data provided by Tradejini.
Typically, this error is shown for new accounts within 3 days of opening. If it persists beyond this period, kindly create a ticket for further assistance. PAN and Aadhaar Not Linked:
The Press Release dated 28th March,2023 by Ministry of Finance clearly stated that w.e.f. 1st July,2023 PAN of taxpayers who failed to link with their Aadhaar shall become inoperative. Which will lead to complete suspension of trading and investing.

Mobile Number and Email Verification by the KRA:
The client's KYC details need to be verified by the KRA (KYC Registration Agency) as per their records.
