Why option buying not allowed against option selling credit?

We at Tradejini allow Options buying against the credit received by selling options. However the credit received by option selling can not be considered as margin for any trade. When an option buying requires delivery margin (Applicable to stock options close to expiry) the same will not be allowed against the Option selling credit.
