I run my algo on AWS or Google Cloud. Am I automatically compliant?

Not automatically. Cloud servers do come with static IPs, but you still need to register that IP on the Tradejini Developer Portal. Simply having a cloud server is not enough, the IP must be whitelisted by Tradejini as per NSE circular.
