To update or correct the name in your Tradejini account, you must follow the following process. 

In case your name has changed - it first needs to be updated in the Income Tax site and subsequently you need to provide us a fresh PAN Card with the corrected name along with the KYC Modification form.

For Name change due to Marriage or Divorce provide the following documents

• Notarised Copy of Marriage Certificate /Divorce Certificate or
• Copy of Passport showing husband’s name /Father’s name or
• Notarised copy of Publication of name change in official gazette.

The old or existing name on the gazette must match the name on the PAN submitted while opening an account with Tradejini along with KYC Modification Form 

For a change in the name on account of reasons other than marriage provide

• Notarised copy of the publication of the name change in the official gazette. The old or existing name on the gazette must match with the name on the PAN submitted while opening an account with Tradejini.
