How do I set up Google Authenticator or other time-based OTP(TOTP) apps for CubePlus two factor authentication (2FA) using my phone?
Setting up a third party Authenticator:
Step 1: Download Google Authenticator from the App Store or Play Store.
Step 2: Log in to CubePlus App and tap on the "User ID" tab at the top left.
Step 3: Scroll down the page until you find the "TOTP QR Code" section.
Step 4: An OTP will be sent to your registered E-mail ID. Input the OTP and verify.
Step 5: A QR Code will be generated or in case the QR is not generated or is not working, you can tap on "Copy the Secret Key."
Step 6: Paste the code/Scan the QR code into the Google Authenticator app and your CubePlus Account is now registered.
Done! You'll now be able to use the Time-based One-Time Password (TOTP) code on your mobile phone.
