Option 1: Change Password

To update your password on the CubePlus App, simply follow these steps:

• Open the CubePlus App and tap on "More."
• Select "User ID" Icon and then navigate to "Settings."
• Finally, tap on "Change Password."

• Desktop:

For desktop users, the process is just as straightforward:

• Log in to CubePlus and click on your user ID, then select "Settings."
• Find and click on "Change Password" next to the TOTP QR Code button.

Option 2: Forgot Password

•  If you've forgotten your password, don't worry. Follow these steps:
• During the CubePlus login, click on the "Forgot Password" option.
