What is the role of CDSL in the pledge process?

CDSL (Central Depository Services India Limited) facilitates the secure authorization of your pledge. After submitting the pledge on CubePlus, you will receive an OTP from CDSL to complete the pledge request by authorizing the same with the OTP.
