Q: What to do if the access to the Time-based OTP (TOTP) Authenticator app is lost?

If you've lost access to your TOTP authenticator app on your mobile, don't worry. Follow these steps to regain control: Attempt Biometric Login: Open your CubePlus App. If you've enabled biometric login, TOTP is not required. You can easily log in using your biometrics. If not, proceed to the next step. If Biometric Login is Unavailable: Step 1Use the TOTP code displayed in your desktop Authenticator app. Step 2If you can't access your desktop Authenticator app, click on "Enter OTP" on the CubePlus App to receive an OTP to your registered mobile and email. Step 3Using the OTP received you can login to CubePlus. If you haven't set up Google Authenticator, download it from the app store/play store. If you've lost access to your TOTP authenticator app on your mobile, don't worry. Follow these steps to regain control:

Attempt Biometric Login:

Open your CubePlus App.

If you've enabled biometric login, TOTP is not required. You can easily log in using your biometrics. If not, proceed to the next step.

If Biometric Login is Unavailable:

Step 1Use the TOTP code displayed in your desktop Authenticator app.

Step 2If you can't access your desktop Authenticator app, click on "Enter OTP" on the CubePlus App to receive an OTP to your registered mobile and email.

Step 3Using the OTP received you can login to CubePlus.
