What is the error “ Invalid PAN” and how do I rectify it.

Some of the reason for the error are - 

  •  Ensure your PAN card and Aadhar Card are linked to proceed further in the EKYC process.
  •  The Image of the PAN uploaded is unclear or blur and hence the system is unable to read the details accurately. 
  •  Ensure the Original PAN card is uploaded and not the laminate version to ensure no error is noticed.
  •  Name as per Aadhar Records and PAN records needs to match to go ahead in the EKYC process.
  •  DOB mismatch
  •  Different person's PAN compared to the application
  •  Minor Person PAN
