What is the error “ Invalid Selfie” or “Invalid Signature” and how do I rectify it?

Possible reasons for the error coud be -

  •  Selfie is not clear and not recognisable
  •  User has not uploaded a selfie but a picture of a picture
  •  User has uploaded a Screenshot from a video
  •  The image captured does not match with the image appearing in your KRA/Digilocker records. 
  •  SIGNATURE MISMATCH It has been rejected due to a signature mismatch between the signature uploaded/drawn as compared to the signature available in the uploaded PAN Card.
