Access Your Profile:

• Click on the profile option located at the top-right corner of the home screen.

Locate Mandates:

• Scroll down to find the Mandates or Autopay section 

Check the Pending Column:

• In the Mandates or Autopay section, look for your IPO mandate in the Pending column.

Authorize the Mandate:

• Click on the mandate to authorize it.
• Check the IPO name, Amount and Application number and if all are in order click "Authorise"
• Proceed by entering your UPI PIN to validate the fund blocking for your IPO application.

Track Mandate Approval:

• Once authorized, track the status in the Live column within Mandates.
