Why hasn't the mandate registration status been updated on CubePlus?
Mandate registration can take up to 5 working days for approval by your bank. In some cases, BSE STAR MF may not receive confirmation from the bank regarding the registration, which causes the mandate to remain in a pending status on CubePlus.
As a stockbroker, Tradejini does not receive direct updates from banks. We rely entirely on BSE STAR MF and their infrastructure to receive periodic updates from banking partners regarding mandate statuses. If the bank does not send the confirmation, the mandate continues to appear under the “Pending” tab.
You can track the status of your mandates by navigating to the SIP tab and clicking on Mandates, where the status will be displayed under three sections: Approved, In Process, and Pending. Read more on the different tabs under Mandate screen
