​To create your first new mandate on CubePlus Web -

1. Go to the SIP order pad and click on Start SIP;
2. You will be redirected to the Create Mandate screen;
3. Click on Create Mandate to begin the setup;
4. Enter a Mandate Name by choosing from the available suggestions or by entering a unique name;
5. Select the bank account from which the autopay should be triggered. (Only eligible banks are allowed for UPI AutoPay.). Read More on which banks are allowed for Autopay ;
6. Click on “Create” to proceed;
7. Complete the three-step mandate authentication process as guided on the screen; and
8. You will be automatically redirected to the confirmation screen to start the mandate process.

The mandate typically takes up to 5 working days for approval by banking partners. You can track the status of your mandate by visiting the Mandate section under the SIP tab. Read more to check the mandate status

This one-time setup allows seamless auto-debit of SIP amounts from your selected bank going forward.​
