Which banks are supported for setting up AutoPay mandates on CubePlus?

To ensure seamless integration and a high level of security, Tradejini has implemented a controlled mechanism for setting up AutoPay mandates on the CubePlus Mutual Fund platform. Here's how it works:

1. Eligible Banks for Mandate Setup

Only those bank accounts which are already registered with Tradejini under your profile—as primary, secondary, or tertiary bank accounts - will be eligible for mandate creation. This ensures that only verified and KYC-compliant accounts are used for automatic payments, maintaining alignment with regulatory and operational standards.

2. Dropdown Selection on the Create Mandate Screen

On the Create Mandate screen within CubePlus, users will be presented with a dropdown list of all their registered bank accounts (primary, secondary, and tertiary). From this list, the client can select any one of these pre-approved accounts to set up the AutoPay mandate.

This design provides both flexibility and clarity, allowing clients to choose from their authenticated accounts without having to re-enter or re-verify existing bank details.

3. Adding a New Bank Account for Mandate (If Required)

In the event a client wishes to use a new bank account - i.e., one that is not already registered with Tradejini—they must first go through a verification process to add it. This is done via the ReKYC module, a secure channel designed to update personal and financial credentials.

To add a new bank account, clients should: Visit the ReKYC portal, Complete the required steps to add and verify the new bank account.

Once the new bank account is successfully added and verified through the ReKYC workflow, it will automatically appear in the dropdown list on the CubePlus mandate setup screen. The client can then select it like any other registered account for AutoPay.
