​Creating a mandate does not automatically activate your SIP. Once your mandate is approved, you must manually place a SIP order on CubePlus. When placing the SIP order, the approved mandate will be automatically selected. You can also choose a different approved mandate if you have more than one. After placing the SIP order, you will be redirected to a one-time payment screen for the first installment. This payment must be authorized by you manually. Only after this payment is completed will the SIP become active.

The first SIP installment will appear under the One-Time tab in the Mutual Fund section with the tag "1st SIP". This allows you to track the status of your initial installment separately. From the second installment onward, the selected mandate will handle automatic payments directly from your bank account based on your chosen SIP date.

In summary, after your mandate is approved, you need to place a SIP order, complete the one-time payment for the first installment, and then your SIP will be active with future payments handled by the approved mandate.
